Cancellation & Rescheduling
48 hours notice is required for any cancellations and rescheduling. Anything within 48-24hrs notice will require 50% payment of your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will require 100% payment of your appointment. I will always aim to try to fill your cancelled slot, if this is possible there will be no charge.
Reminders
Please check you are receiving appointment reminders by text & email (be sure to double check them when you do) & turn on notifications on your fresha app.
Fresha App
You are able to gain full access to all your appointments via the Fresha app. Please download this onto your phone. You can use this app to cancel & reschedule all of your appointments up to 48 hours beforehand.
